Accurate Information
Provide accurate and complete information during checkout and booking processes. This includes correct contact details and delivery addresses.
Lawful Use
Use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Do not attempt to circumvent our security measures or interfere with the platform's operation.
Payment Obligations
Complete payment for all orders and bookings as agreed. Understand that all transactions are processed securely through Paystack.
Communication
Respond promptly to our communications regarding orders, delivery arrangements, and appointment confirmations.
Product Purchases

Service Bookings

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, orders placed before price changes will honor the original pricing.
Booking Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed only after successful deposit payment. You will receive confirmation via email and/or SMS.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability. Deposits remain valid for rescheduled appointments within 30 days.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in deposit forfeiture and may affect future booking privileges.

Product Information
While we ensure product information accuracy, variations in color, size, or appearance may occur. Product images are for illustration purposes.
Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services (Paystack, Cal.com). We are not responsible for issues arising from these external services.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by Nigerian law and any disputes will be resolved according to Nigerian legal procedures.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues. For formal disputes, mediation will be attempted before legal proceedings.
